Al atestiguar la firma del Convenio Marco de Colaboración Académica con la Escuela Federal de Formación Judicial, el gobernador Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda señaló que su Administración respalda el mejoramiento de habilidades y aptitudes de los servidores públicos, sobretodo cuando desempeñan importantes funciones como los jueces y magistrados.
También reiteró su apoyo a las acciones emprendidas por el Poder Judicial para capacitar a sus servidores públicos con maestrías o diplomados.
Con esta acción, el gobierno del estado facilitará al Poder Judicial aulas y locales para la impartición de cursos, así como programas contemplados en el convenio de capacitación suscrito con el Poder Judicial Federal.
“En materia judicial hay que innovar y creo que en este tipo de convenios podemos compartir las grandes virtudes e innovaciones que Nuevo León le ha dado a México, como la justicia digital, como los juicios orales, como la Federación también nos puede traer las innovaciones que se han hecho en el sistema federal”, declaró el Mandatario.
“Siempre que hagan este tipo de eventos, nosotros encantados de suscribir, de venir como testigos y de apoyar, así que cuenten con las instalaciones para que se sigan capacitando a los servidores públicos del Poder Judicial, pasa hagan sus maestrías y sus diplomados… Estamos orgullosos del Poder Judicial”, agregó.
El convenio entre el Poder Judicial Local y el Federal tiene como objetivo desarrollar los conocimientos y habilidades de sus integrantes a partir de un marco general de cooperación mediante la creación de programas, planes de estudio, cursos y otros eventos académicos.
Se contemplan cursos y programas de actividades concretas que contribuyan al cumplimiento del convenio, determinando con exactitud las causas, fines y alcances de las actividades que se emprendan, las cuales tenderán a ser equitativos para sus participantes.
Firmaron el convenio José Arturo Salinas Garza, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura de Nuevo León; y Alejandro Sergio González Bernabé, Consejero de la Judicatura Federal.
