Sandra Pámanes, Vicecoordinadora del Grupo Legislativo de Movimiento Ciudadano (GLMC) presentó un oficio en Oficialía de Partes, firmado también por la Diputada emecista Iraís Reyes, para solicitar que las sesiones celebradas por el Comité de Selección del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupción (SEA) sean transmitidas con máxima difusión en el sitio oficial del Congreso del Estado.
Pámanes destacó que, considerando que el Sistema es la instancia que vela por la prevención, detección y sanción de responsabilidades administrativas y casos de corrupción, se debe regir por los principios de transparencia y máxima difusión.
Sin embargo, desde la primera sesión realizada por el Comité, celebrada este martes, predominó la opacidad, pues no fue difundida en ningún sitio.
Además, de manera irregular, hoy el Comité sesionó para analizar las bases de la convocatoria para los candidatos a la fiscalía general de Justicia de Nuevo León, sin tener facultades para hacerlo.
La Vicecoordinadora detalló que solo la Comisión Anticorrupción, de la que forma parte, tiene la facultad para lanzar una convocatoria, ya que el Comité de Selección está limitado a opinar, pero no para tomar decisiones.
“Ellos están tratando de emitir una convocatoria para la elección del nuevo fiscal general del estado, cosa que le corresponde realizar a la Comisión Anticorrupción, a los diputados nos corresponde emitir esta convocatoria, y ellos son únicamente un Comité de opinión, ellos no son un órgano de decisión”, dijo.
“No queremos que este proceso, que es tan importante, se vicie de origen, por el contrario, que llegue sólido hasta su última etapa”.
La legisladora advirtió que durante la sesión que el Comité de Selección del SEA realizada este miércoles, se dio la presencia de diputados y asesores jurídicos que no forman parte de la Comisión Anticorrupción.
La presencia de diputados y asesores indicó Pámanes, puede derivar en la manipulación del Comité de Selección.
Es por eso que la Vicecoordinadora urgió que “todas las sesiones, acuerdos y cualquier determinación del Comité de Selección sean de carácter público, transparente y con conocimiento a toda la ciudadanía de Nuevo León a través del portal oficial del Congreso del Estado, Periódico Oficial, canales oficiales de YouTube y demás plataformas del Poder Legislativo para dar a conocer dicha información”.
